FREDA AVRITH LAKOFF--A GREAT LADY

There are very few pictures of my parents alone during this period. Small wonder! They had 5 growing kids. So here are some pictures together with various kids.

In this picture we were all dressed up in our best clothes. We were probably about to set out for a family function. I thing the picture was taken by a professional photographer. Get a load of those bored expressions on the boys' faces.

Dad always loved tennis. This picture was taken in the early 60s, at Joyce Park. Dad was a founding member of the Joyce Park (Outremont) tennis club. He was an avid player, and pretty good.
